Resident Move-In Fees
At Sarawood Assisted Living, we strive to make your transition as smooth as possible. To secure your residency, the following fees apply:
- Move-In Fee: $500 (non-refundable)
- Security Deposit: $500 (refundable upon move-out, subject to the terms of the residency agreement)
