Priority hiring for second and third shift

We have the strongest immediate need for reliable CNA candidates for 3p–11p and 11p–7a. These shifts offer the clearest path to consistent hours and a stable routine.

What makes this role worth a closer look

  • Small resident population with real continuity of care
  • Higher-touch environment where staff know residents by name
  • Strong need for dependable evening and overnight coverage
  • Team-oriented setting with less of the chaos found in larger buildings
Best fit for CNAs who want meaningful resident interaction, clear expectations, and a workplace where reliability still matters.

Why This CNA Role Is Different

You are not stepping into a large, impersonal facility. You are joining a close-knit home where residents, families, and coworkers notice the quality of your work every day.

Small resident population

You care for the same residents on a consistent basis. You build trust, recognize changes faster, and become part of their daily routine.

Higher-touch care

You have room to engage. This role is more personal and more relationship-driven than what many CNAs experience in larger settings.

Stable team environment

You work alongside people who rely on each other. Strong attendance, follow-through, and teamwork matter here.

Available Shifts

We are hiring across all shifts. Second and third shift candidates are a priority. These are critical roles within our schedule and our resident care model.

Third Shift · 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Dependable overnight
coverage needed

Calm environment. Clear responsibilities. Strong fit for CNAs who are attentive, reliable, and comfortable with overnight resident monitoring and early morning routines.

What to Expect in This Role

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility and safe transfers
  • Monitor residents and report changes in condition
  • Build relationships through daily interaction and engagement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
  • Work closely with team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Support meal service and light housekeeping as needed

What It Takes to Succeed Here

  • Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
  • Reliable attendance and strong sense of responsibility
  • Clear communication with residents, families, and team members
  • Respect for resident dignity, privacy, and independence
  • Comfort working in a small, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to step in and support teammates when needed

This is not a role for someone who prefers anonymity. You will be known here. Your work will be visible.

What Working Here Feels Like

This role is personal. It is hands-on. It is relationship-driven. For the right CNA, that makes the work more meaningful.

You know the residents

You start your shift and recognize every face. Residents greet you by name. Families know who you are. Trust builds faster in a smaller home.

You have time to notice

You are not racing through a huge resident list. You have more opportunity to notice changes, communicate concerns, and give more thoughtful care

You leave knowing your shift mattered

You finish the day with a clear sense of who you helped and how. Your contribution is direct and easy to see.

"This is the first place I’ve worked where I feel like I actually know the residents. It doesn’t feel like a facility. It feels like a home. "
