What to Expect in This Role
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Build relationships through daily interaction and engagement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Work closely with team members to ensure continuity of care
- Support meal service and light housekeeping as needed
What It Takes to Succeed Here
- Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
- Reliable attendance and strong sense of responsibility
- Clear communication with residents, families, and team members
- Respect for resident dignity, privacy, and independence
- Comfort working in a small, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to step in and support teammates when needed
