What You’ll Do
- Help plan, organize, and lead daily activities for residents.
- Support group programs such as games, crafts, music, conversation groups, light exercise, and seasonal events.
- Spend one-on-one time with residents who benefit from more personal engagement.
- Assist with outings, community trips, and transportation to appointments or personal errands as assigned.
- Keep activity calendars, participation records, and schedules organized.
- Set up and clean up activity spaces while helping create an inviting environment.
- Adapt programs based on resident interests, abilities, and participation levels.
- Work closely with caregivers, leadership, and other team members to support each resident’s daily experience.
