Resident Move-In Fees

At Sarawood Assisted Living, we strive to make your transition as smooth as possible. To secure your residency, the following fees apply:

  • Move-In Fee: $500 (non-refundable)
  • Security Deposit: $500 (refundable upon move-out, subject to the terms of the residency agreement)

We provide personalized senior care with a high staff-to-resident ratio, ensuring tailored care plans and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, all in accordance with assisted living regulations. Residents enjoy three nutritious, home-cooked meals daily, weekly housekeeping, fresh linens, and engaging activities like bingo, shopping trips, and community events. High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rates and available throughout the facility and grounds, keeping residents connected. 

Sarawood coordinates doctor appointments and provides scheduled transportation, ensuring comprehensive support for our residents. Whether for long-term care or short-term respite stays, Sarawood creates a welcoming environment where independence and companionship thrive.
